Cristiano Ronaldo's mother has been told to calm down and prioritise his son's happiness over having a hostile relationship with his girlfriend, Georgina Rodriguez.

Ronaldo and Georgina have been in a relationship since the two met at a Gucci store in Madrid in 2017 and parented two children together, excluding the twin boy who died in infancy last year.

They are yet to marry officially. This raised public questions when the two relocated to Saudi Arabia after Ronaldo joined Al-Nassr in the Saudi Pro League early this year.

Georgina has spoken about marriage a few times publicly, but the possibility of this never seems to happen despite Ronaldo professing love for her many times.

Ronaldo's mother accused of hostility

Portuguese celebrity Antonio Bravo accused Dolores Aveiro of having an unbearable relationship with the Argentine model. He made this known during a Portuguese TV show 'Em Familia', as reported by Essentially Sports.

“I think it is a recurring problem, which is the relationship between Dona Dolores and her daughters- in-law (…) sometimes it cannot be constant, I mean, the son also has the right to be happy,” he said.

“If she’s always having these things with all his girlfriends, it becomes unbearable and they look at her, they give up. I think she should calm down a bit, Dolores,” he further alleged.

According to Marca, she is preventing his son from marrying Georgina because she believes the former storekeeper is in for financial gains in case of a divorce.
