- Arsenal officially cemented their top 4 status for next season despite the loss
Pep Guardiola appears to be telling Arsenal to forget the Premier League title this season after their 4-1 loss to Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium.
Arsenal have mounted a strong title race challenge to City but seems to have lost it with five games to go after disastrous results in their last four games.
The Gunners dropped six points in their three consecutive draws against Liverpool, West Ham and relegation threatened Southampton, the last of which they mounted a late comeback to secure a point.
Sun UK was the voice of many when they described the Gunners' performance against their title rivals as toothless and undeserving of a result.

Guardiola tells Arsenal it's over?
Pep Guardiola delivered a tactical masterclass to teach his former assistant Mikel Arteta a lesson in the game. With two games in hand, he recognises the advantage his team has.
Speaking ahead of the game against Fulham, as quoted by Metro UK, Pep appears to tell Arsenal to be grateful they are finishing second and playing Champions League football next season.
‘‘Ask Arsenal… they are already in the Champions League. Ask the owners from Arsenal what it means after six, seven years being out of the Champions League,’’ he said.
‘‘Next season, Arsenal will be playing the elite, the best teams in Europe, in an incredible competition. It is a success, absolutely.’’
City will confirm their top 4 spot with just a point against Fulham, though they would need three for title sake, which makes Guardiola believe they have more work to do.

Guardiola's tactical tweak against Arsenal
Sports Brief reported that Pep Guardiola blew Arsenal away with an unexpected tactical tweak, and their opponents had late answers.
The former Barcelona manager utilised a 4-2-4 build-up instead of the usual 3-5-2 build-up. The unpredictability left the Gunners struggling until the second half of the game.
