The Frenchman scored the game's only goal in the first half, which proved to be the match-winner for the visitors, who punched their ticket to the final at the expense of Al-Nassr.
Ronaldo, Al-Nassr's talisman, endured a difficult evening with Moroccan goalkeeper, Munir Mohamedi denying the former Manchester United superstar on multiple occasions, including a sensational point-blank save at the start of the second half.
According to Express, the defeat means the Knights of Najd are winless in their last three matches across all competitions and could finish the season trophyless, despite beginning the campaign on a bright note.

Beauguel's bicycle kick against Al-Nassr
Al-Nassr, who are currently managed by Dinko Jelicic following the dismissal of Rudi Garcia, failed to deal with a corner and were duly punished by Al-Wehda.
A clumsy clearance by the defence saw the ball kindly falling to Beaguel, who scored the match-winner in a manner Ronaldo himself would likely be proud of, Inside Sport reports.
