This, in turn, angered Cadiz midfielder, Ruben Alcaraz, who came face-to-face with Rudiger after the game. The duo had to be separated by teammates and officials.

AS reported that fans of Cadiz were unhappy with the player over his actions during the game, and were less than forgiving even when he gave his shirt to one of their own.

The German midfielder said that The Blues were 'nothing like the Champions League winning squad'.
