Neymar is arguably one of the richest footballers on the planet and the Paris Saint-Germain forward has never been shy of splashing huge cash on things that make him happy.

The 31-year-old forward has taken to playing poker after he was ruled out for the rest of the season, following an ankle injury he suffered in February.

Most recently, Neymar lost €1 million while playing online on Tuesday night but the Paris Saint-Germain forward seemed unfazed by the huge loss.

The Brazilian rather reacted hilariously at losing that large sum after almost two hours of online gaming, pretending to play a sad tune on a flute.

Neymar is presently the most expensive player of all time after he joined PSG in 2017.

His salary with Les Parisiens is valued at €33.5m per year while his wages are currently over €600,000 per week.

PSG legend defends Neymar

Meanwhile, Paris Saint-Germain icon, Rai has hailed Neymar for his immense talent and being a good person despite constant criticism from the media, PSG Talk reports.

The Parisians have been urged to offload the 31-year-old forward after his performance for the club dipped immediately after the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.

Neymar’s current deal with PSG expires in 2025 but the Brazilian star has reiterated that he is keen on staying in the French capital beyond next year.
