Paul Pogba has written a very emotional message after he suffered another huge setback in his disappointing season.

The midfielder has endured arguably the worst season of his professional career as injuries and off-pitch issues derailed him.

The Juventus star is set to be sidelined for three to four weeks after tweaking his adductor muscle while practicing free kicks on the eve of their Serie A clash against Sampdoria.

Pogba has only played a cumulative 38 minutes.

He joined the Old Lady from Manchester United on a free transfer but injured his knee ligaments during the preseason. He was forced to undergo an operation that locked him out of the World Cup.

He suffered a relapse before finally making his second debut against Torino on February 28 and featured against AS Roma a week later.

Pogba was then dropped by Massimiliano Allegri from the Europa League squad that played against Freiburg last week due to disciplinary issues.

While he was dealing with his injuries, the 29-year-old was also rocked by witchcraft allegations after his brother, Mathias accused him of using black magic on his international teammate, Kylian Mbappe.

Pogba denied the accusations and claimed it was a wider plan of blackmail and extortion from his family member.

Pogba upsets Allegri with adventure

As Sports Brief previously reported, this was not the first time Pogba has been in trouble since his return to Juventus.

Last year, he angered Allegri during injury rehab by undertaking a very risky personal activity while on holiday.
