Al Ahli Saudi coach, Pitso Mosimane has thrown rumour-mongers a morsel to chew on for the next while.

The respected tactician has given an interesting response about his future when it comes to coaching a national football team again.

Speaking on his Tik Tok page, the former Bafana Bafana boss said:

"Which one? Anyone or Bafana Bafana? There's nothing stopping me from doing [the] national team again. It is something that is still on my plate. It's unfinished business for me to be honest. That's the only place I have never won a trophy. Why not?"

Mosimane admitted that coaching a national team remained a 'thorn in his flesh'.

"Maybe a [Africa] Cup of Nations. You never know. Anything can happen. If we dream big... An African nation winning the World Cup. It is possible. There are always possibilities. You can never say 'never'. I would love to, especially now with this opportunity of 11 African teams in the next world cup. Everybody has a chance there."

This is sure to set the rumour mill turning as fans and pundits attempt to figure out the coach's next move.
