Chelsea fans all said the same thing after learning of rumours the club is eyeing a replacement for under-fire Graham Potter.

The former Brighton & Hove Albion boss is believed to be living on borrowed time at Stamford Bridge, despite the fact that Todd Boehly had initially chosen to stick by him to turn the club’s fortunes around.

47-year-old Potter has won just nine of his 26 games in charge of Chelsea, and the latest defeat to Tottenham Hotspur In the Premier League only mounted more pressure on him.

According to interesting reports by Football Insider, Potter’s replacement at Brighton, Roberto de Zerbi could well replace him at Stamford Bridge.

The report claims that although Chelsea are still sticking by the current manager for now, there have been quiet talks behind the scenes on potential replacements, with de Zerbi on top of the shortlist.

The Italian is viewed as an exciting young manager who could take the Blues to the next level with his modern and radical way of management.

Earlier in the month, it was also reported that Tottenham Hotspur were also interested in De Zerbi.
