Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag spent time in between celebrations after the Carabao Cup triumph to coach teen sensation Kobbie Mainoo.

Mainoo, a product of Manchester United's famous academy, has spent time with the first team this season.

Although he was not part of the team for the Carabao Cup final against Newcastle United, Mainoo made the trip to Wembley to watch and have a feel of the moment with his senior colleagues.

In a video shared on social media, while the team were celebrating their latest success, Ten Hag had a tete-a-tete with the 17-year-old, as he seems to be issuing instructions from a technical point of view to the youngster.

The moment has been shared several times as fans praise the Dutch tactician.

Mainoo made his Manchester United senior debut in the Carabao Cup quarter-final clash against Charlton Athletic.

He followed up with a dream English Premier League debut against Leicester City at Old Trafford last week.

The English-born Ghanaian is one of the talented youngsters from the academy introduced into the first team by Ten Hag.
