Adidas have released the new 'L10NEL M35SI' boots to celebrate Paris Saint-Germain star, Lionel Messi, his talent and his record-breaking accomplishments in 2022.
The veteran had a remarkable year, winning the FIFA World Cup with Argentina in a competition where he scored seven goals and earned the Golden Ball for the best player.
According to One Football, Adidas decided to name the special boots 'L10NEL M35SI' because of the Argentine’s will to keep making history and showing no plans of slowing down.
Special features of Messi's boot
The new Adidas 'L10NEL M35SI' X Speedportal picks up design elements from Messi's previous signature shoes, with the result being a very busy, almost inexplicable design, Footy Headlines reports.

They are mainly black, combined with striking orange and blue (officially Team Solar Orange/ Silver Metallic/ Core Black).
The boots also have an anti-slip silicone heel print which helps enhance lockdown and prevent slippage in the heel, and a Carbon Fiber Speedframe that allows for more efficient power transmission when accelerating and sprinting.
They also possess an Engineered Agility Cage for maximum support during explosive movements and radical changes of direction, with two extra forefoot studs to maximize straight-line acceleration.
Messi debuted his first Adidas 2023 signature boots in the Champions League clash against Bayern Munich, which PSG lost 1-0 at the Parc des Princes in front of their home supporters.
