After storming into a two-nil lead after 20 minutes, Liverpool's defensive weakness reared its ugly head as Los Blancos clawed from two goals down to draw parity, thanks to Vinicius Junior.
The 22-year-old, who has been a thorn in the flesh of the Reds, halved the deficit after 21 minutes before levelling matters in a fortuitous manner.

Receiving a back pass from his teammate, Alisson completely miss kicked his clearance which fortuitously struck Vinicius and zoomed into the net.

In the same match, Darwin Nunez produced a cheeky finish to a Salah cross to open the scoring against Madrid in the game's fourth minute.
The Uruguayan's fourth minute goal was also the quickest Liverpool goal scored at Anfield in the Champions League.
