The female football team of Al-Nassr picked up inspiration from legendary forward, Cristiano Ronaldo, celebrating their league triumph by producing his iconic 'peace of mind' celebration.

The Saudi Arabian side finished the season as champions after their 3-2 final victory over Al Yamanah.

The team was in a joyous throughout the night with some players seen calmly taking photos in the star's iconic pose.

Ronaldo first produced the iconic celebration during his time with Manchester United in a game against Everton at Goodison Park.

Al-Nassr amassed 35 points, three points clear of rivals, Al-Hilal to secure their first title in the Women's division.

The Saudi Women's league is gradually gaining ground following the arrival of the ex-Red Devils forward in the Gulf country.

Ronaldo has also been monitoring the league and sometimes sends the players messages before their matches.

The 38-year-old is a huge inspiration for players in the Saudi Pro League as the Arabian country grows its interest in the game.

Ronaldo joined Al-Nassr in 2023 after ending his stay at Old Trafford, following an explosive interview he did with Piers Morgan.

Ronaldo provides sensational assist

Sports Brief also reported on Portugal star, Ronaldo adding another assist to his name with a stunning pass to his teammate in the Saudi Professional League.

Al-Nassr came up against Al-Taawoun on February 17, and the former Man United star was picked to wear the armband for his team.

It did not take long for the 38-year-old to make a significant impact in the game as he produced one of the assists of the season.

Ronaldo reunites with his mother

Ronaldo is growing familiar with his new surroundings in the capital of Saudi Arabia, Sports Brief has also reported.

He moved to the country last month to join Saudi Pro League side Al-Nassr, signing football's most expensive contract.

The Portuguese earns £173 million per season and moved to Riyadh with his family, which is growing in the Saudi city.
