RB Leipzig star Josko Gvardiol has hinted he wants to follow his teammate Christopher Nkunku to Chelsea this summer.
Nkunku is due to move to Stamford Bridge at the end of the 2022/23 season, ending worries that initially surrounded the transfer.
The Frenchman's deal to join Chelsea is understood to be completely done in all aspects, pending an official announcement by both parties.
According to Metro UK, Gvardiol is the other player the Blues were hoping to sign alongside Nkunku from Leipzig, but the deal did not go through.

The publication claims the Premier League giants had a bid of £77million rejected by Leipzig in the final days of the window last summer.
Josko Gvardiol wants Chelsea move
Despite the possible transfer collapsing, Gvardiol has admitted he would love to complete the transfer this summer.
In an interview with The Times, the Croatian revealed that he was initially ready to continue at Leipzig for another season.
However, Chelsea's interest in him left him unsettled. The 21-year-old has now suggested he would be open to linking up with Nkunku at Stamford Bridge.
"My agent called me and said that Chelsea is extremely interested and, of course, you definitely think about a serious offer from a huge club like Chelsea. Leipzig said they didn’t want to sell me," Gvardiol reflected.

"I have never seen before a player like Christoph, he is unbelievable."
"Every time I talk with someone about him I always say wherever he goes I want to go with him," he added.
