When was Mane injured?

The Senegalese superstar suffered a knee injury in November 2022 during a Bundesliga game and was ruled out of action for three months after undergoing surgery, Give Me Sport reported. The injury meant that he was also ruled out of the FIFA World Cup in Qatar.

When will Mane return?

Bayern’s next game is against Union Berlin on February 26, but the Senegalese attacker isn’t expected to be ready for that crunch encounter. There’s a strong possibility that he will be back for the PSG game, with Bayern leading the tie 1-0.

Mane’s return is a boost

Bayern will be boosted by the return of Mane as they continue their charge in the Bundesliga. Following their defeat to Borussia Monchengladbach, Bayern now hold a one-point lead over Union Berlin and a three-point lead over Borussia Dortmund. Both Berlin and Dortmund have a game in hand.

Mane returns to the gym

Bayern Munich forward Sadio Mane is inching close to making a return from injury after resuming gym work, Sports Brief reported.

The Senegalese forward suffered an injury last November which ruled him out of the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

Mane's recovery continued after some months on the sidelines. He started active exercise this week in a bid to rejoin his teammates for the second round of the campaign.
