Portugal star Cristiano Ronaldo added another assist to his name with a stunning pass to his teammate in the Saudi Professional League.
Al Nassr came up against Al-Taawoun on Friday, February 17, and Ronaldo was picked to wear the armband for his team.
It did not take long before the 38-year-old had his first significant impact in the game as he produced one of the assists of the season.
On 17 minutes, Ronaldo picked his teammate Abdulrahman Abdullah Ghareeb with a defence-splitting pass from his own half, and Ghareeb expertly finished for the game’s opener.

While the goal was a decent one, attention was primarily focused on Ronaldo’s assist, and fans on social media were quick to hail the five-time Ballon d’Or winner.
“He's actually doing decent I can't lie,” One fan said.

How the game went
As far as the game, Al Taawoun drew level in the 47th minute through Alvaro Medran, but Al Nassr once again took the lead with 12 minutes of normal time remaining courtesy of Abdullah Madu, with Ronaldo also getting his second assist of the day to secure a 2-1 victory for his side.
The win took Al Nassr to the top of the table, level on points with rivals Al Ittihad, with both sides having played 17 games
