- Arsenal were recently dealt a blow to their Premier League title bid after they were humbled 3-1 by Man City
- The Gunners have now dropped points in three consecutive matches to lose grip on the top of the standings
- City are currently top with 51 points but have a superior goal difference to Arsenal, who dropped to second
A supercomputer has predicted the final Premier League standings after Arsenal lost to Manchester City on Wednesday night.
The Gunners, who have endured a poor run of form recently, were hoping to secure a positive result when they hosted the Citizens at the Emirates Stadium on the top-of-the-table clash.
However, The Sun reports that Mikel Arteta's men were unable to see off Man City and dropped points yet again to relinquish their place at the top.
While there is nothing to separate the two teams at the summit, pundits have predicted that the mid-week result could decide how this season's title race will pan out.

Supercomputer makes Premier League prediction
A supercomputer has now predicted how the Premier League table could look at the end of the season.
According to FiveThirtyEight's supercomputer, the Gunners now have a 34 per cent of winning the Premier League title.
That is just half of the percentage previously given to the north Londoners to cart home the prestigious crown.
Man City, who are the defending champions, are now firm favourites to retain the trophy with a 62 per cent chance.
Rivals, Man United are predicted behind Arsenal with a two per cent chance, while Newcastle are fourth in the pecking order.
Elsewhere, both Liverpool and Chelsea are predicted to miss out on a Champions League spot, with the two teams projected to finish seventh and eighth respectively.

FootballOn the other end of the table, Everton, Bournemouth, and Southampton have been given no chance to survive relegation.
Aguero bets on City's win
Sports Brief earlier reported on former Man City striker, Sergio Aguero betting on City's win, which he revealed on Twitter before the game.
'Kun' made a profit of over $10,000 after staking $8,000 on the event with 2.47 odds, with his former team doing well at the Emirates Stadium.
Aguero could have been left furious if his former manager's mistake had cost the team victory - and cost him a big payout as a result.
