French Publication L’Equipe, via Euro Sport, is reporting that Messi will likely miss the match after complaining of hamstring discomfort after their Coupe de France game against Marseille.
The 35-year-old played the full duration of the game at the Velodrome on Wednesday, as they lost 2-1 to their arch-nemesis.

The media outlet further indicates that Messi will not be in action for this weekend's league match against AS Monaco and faces a race to be fit for the meeting with Bayern next week.

Meanwhile, PSG boss Christophe Galtier has confirmed that Messi will return to training on Monday. The latest development means that Messi may be available against Bayern.
“Messi uncertain against Bayern Munich? He won’t be there against Monaco, but he will return to training on Monday. We can therefore remove the term ‘uncertain," Galtier said on Friday via PSG Report.
