Nonetheless, the 35-year-old was involved in one of the most wholesome moments of the fixture.
Messi celebrates a Ramos goal
Sergio Ramos recklessly hacked a Marseille attacker in the box, giving away a penalty in the process, which was perfectly dispatched by Sanchez.
The former Real Madrid defender would redeem himself with a glorious header to put PSG level before half-time.
His goal sparked a wholesome reaction from Messi, who celebrated the goal wildly.
In the viral video, seen by Sports Brief, the Argentine lifted his hands in the air to celebrate, before rushing to join his teammates as they swarmed Ramos in joy.

After the disappointment in the French Cup, the Parisians will have to get their house in order ahead of the ensuing challenges.
