8. Robin van Persie - 2
Van Persie won the Golden Boot with Arsenal and Manchester United. He first won it with the Gunners after netting 30 times in the 2011/2012 season. His second came the following season after joining United, bagging 26 goals. The Dutch legend also won the EPL title with the Red Devils.
7. Michael Owen - 2
Owen is one of the youngest players to win the award. He won in 1997/1998 and 1998/1999, having netted 18 times, buts shared with other players on both occasions. Owen and Cristiano Ronaldo are the only two players to win the Ballon d'Or from the Premier League. He lifted the FA Cup, League Cup, and the UEFA Cup with Liverpool, among other titles.
