Musa reacts to Maussi signing

Reacting to Maussi's move to Monza, Kwara FA Chairman, Idris Musa explained to Sports Brief that he would advise the NFF chiefs to ensure the youngster plays for Nigeria and not the European nation.

''We all know that kind of striker Martins was in the Super Eagles and I'm sure his son would take after his father. I will make sure that the NFF make him play for Nigeria and not Italy.''

Maussi has represented Italy at the Under-15 level and representing the Azzurri could be a logical next step.
