Verbally abuse while signing autographs

Unlike other supporters, some Mallorca's fans chose not to go the racial route and didn't antagonise the player before or during the game.

Instead, they chose to insult him after the game while he was signing autographs for fans.

What did they say?

Some fans called him and idiot and bigmouth, while also chanting the names of Mallorca players who bullied him during the game.

Raillo and Maffeo torment Vinicius

Before the fans got a chance to insult the Brazilian, Mallorca's defenders tried to do a number on him.

Antonio Raillo and Pablo Maffeo were particularly in the mood to rattle his cage, as they attempted to bully him on the field every chance they got. They also managed to work Vini up just enough that he committed a foul and received a yellow card.

A record number of fouls

The Brazilian was the number one target when it came to challenges, as Mallorca's players took no prisoners.

Ancelotti defends Vinicius

Coach Carlo Ancelotti has once again come out in defense of his attacker, saying that he just wants to play football. He added that rival fans and opponents always provoked the player and that it wasn't his fault.

Paulista's horrible tackle on Vinicius

Valencia centre-back Gabriel Paulista received his marching orders for a brutal infringement on Real Madrid winger Vinicius Junior on Thursday evening.

The unfortunate incident transpired inside the second half at the Santiago Bernabeu after Vinicius had dribbled past the ex-Arsenal central defender.

Gabriel, making no attempt to play the ball, aggressively hacked at the legs of his fellow Brazilian, Sports Brief earlier reported.
