Antoine Semenyo has finally made his dream English Premier League debut after featuring in AFC Bournemouth's clash with Brighton at the Amex Park.
The Ghana international was handed a starting role a week after joining the Cherries from English Championship side Bristol City.
Semenyo lasted the entire duration of the game, only for a late strike from Brighton's Japanese sensation Kaoru Mitoma to hand the host all three points.
The London-born Ghanaian provided some threat in attack for Bournemouth but Brighton were resolute in defence.

The defeat at the Amex Park sees Bournemouth drop into relegation places midway through the campaign.
Semenyo, who joined in January, is expected to play a key role in Bournemouth's survival this season.
Bournemouth manager impressed with Semenyo
Bournemouth manager Gary O'neil has expressed satisfaction with Antoine Semenyo's performance despite defeat to Brighton.
He said:
"They (Semenyo and Traore) did well. Like I said they were part of the reason why we were a threat today. The new boys settled well and Traore was a little tired so I had to change him. I am pleased for those and they deserve some points."

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that English Premier League side AFC Bournemouth have announced the signing of Ghana forward Antoine Semenyo.
The 23-year-old joins the Cherries on a four-and-a-half year deal from Bristol City.
