The former Real Madrid icon in a recent interview picked Messi whom he says is definitely one of the greatest of all time ahead of former Manchester United forward Cristiano Ronaldo.

According to Goal, Beckham will be hoping to see Messi play on for many more years as he believes the former Barcelona star still has lots to offer to football.

Meanwhile, David Beckham is seeking to persuade Lionel Messi to join his club, Inter Miami, in Major League Soccer when he leaves Paris Saint-Germain, PSG Talk reports.
The MLS side is one of several top teams around the world interested in the seven-time Ballon d’Or winner whose current contract with PSG is set to expire in June.
