He said, as per Complete Sports:

“Arsenal have made the Emirates a fortress this season. But the spoilers (Manchester United) are in town.
“So I will predict Arsenal 1 Manchester United 2.”

De Gea rues Casemiro’s suspension

Meanwhile, David de Gea has claimed that Arsenal have an unfair advantage over Manchester United, ahead of their Premier League meeting at the Emirates Stadium.

The two English giants are set to lock horns on Sunday, January 22, with the tie expected to have a significant bearing on the Premier League title race.

According to De Gea, Arsenal have an edge over Man United ahead of their meeting, with the Spaniard citing the reason as Casemiro being suspended for the clash.

Maguire offered route out of Man Utd

Sports Brief earlier reported that West Ham are flirting with the idea of acquiring Harry Maguire on loan from Manchester United.

The Hammers have been forced to explore their defensive options after Wolverhampton’s pursuit of their centre-back Craig Dawson.

As of January 18, Maguire lost his place in Manchester United’s starting XI, with Erik Ten Hag preferring the likes of Luke Shaw and Raphael Varane at the heart of defence.
