Bayern Munich has been dealt a huge blow ahead of their crucial UEFA Champions League last 16 tie against French champions, Paris Saint-Germain.
The Bundesliga giants have confirmed Senegal forward, Sadio Mane is not expected to be fit in time to play the first-leg against Lionel Messi and co next month.
According to Planet Sport, Bayern Munich manager, Julian Nagelsmann gave an injury update on Mane after his leg surgery, saying he does not expect the striker to be available for the February 14 clash with PSG.
"He's an important player. If everything goes well, then it could be the case that he returns in time for PSG. We will see how he reacts to the workload. Personally, I'm not yet considering him for the first leg."

Mane joined the Bavarians' long list of players set to miss the UCL game against PSG through injury, including Manuel Neuer, Noussair Mazraoui and Lucas Hernandez.
Mane reaches injury recovery milestone
Bayern Munich winger Mane has taken a significant step toward recovering meanwhile, by beginning to run again after a right leg injury he suffered in early November, Goal reports.
The original timeline for the Senegalese's return was 10-12 weeks, after he underwent surgery to fix a tendon following a serious injury to his right tibia on November 8.
In the coming weeks, Mane is said to be speeding up his recovery, in an effort to be back in time for Bayern Munich's Champions League and Bundesliga campaigns.
