Black Stars midfielder Edmund Addo has completed his move from Moldovan giants Sheriff Tiraspol to Serbian side FK Spartak Subotica.
The 22-year-old joins Spartak Subotica on a two-and-a-half year deal after successfully completing all paper works.
The Serbian club announced the signing of the player on their official website ahead of the resumption of the league.
Spartak Subotica president Nikola Simovic praised the acquisition of the midfielder and believes Addo will settle in easy.

"Addo is a huge reinforcement for our club and I believe that he will fit into the team completely during the preparations and show all his quality," he said as quoted by the club's website.
"Although he hasn't played in the last 6 months, I'm sure he'll get in shape quickly and give good games. We are very pleased that we have managed to bring in a player who has 12 Champions League games, a win against Real Madrid in Madrid and is a Ghanaian A player, but he is very young and has huge potential.
"Spartak's goal for the rest of the season is to fight for a place that leads to the playoffs, with the obligation to ensure survival in the league as soon as possible, and I believe that Addo will help us achieve our goals."
Meanwhile, the midfielder who has battled injuries in the last few months which ruled him out of the World Cup is delighted with his new adventure.

Football"I was received extremely well by everyone at the club and I'm glad to be here," he said.
"I haven't had a chance to train with the boys yet, but I've watched highlights from the last few games online. I think that Spartak has quality footballers, I came to help them. I know what the club's ambitions are, I hope we will create a good atmosphere and achieve our goals together," he added.
Addo will travel with the team to Turkey to continue preparations ahead of the return of the Serbian Super Liga.
Addo opens up on mechanic job
Earlier, Sports Brief reported that Moldova-based Ghanaian midfielder, Edmund Addo has disclosed that he considered becoming a mechanic after frustrations at the early stages of his career.
Addo revealed during an interview with an agency for trials abroad, every player he went there with had their time with the panel apart from him.
In an interview with the Ghana Football Association media, Addo said he was frustrated and immediately called one of his boss who was a mechanic to consider a change in work.
