Luis Suarez is set for an awkward reunion with former Manchester United star Fabio, at his new club Gremio.
Fabio, like the Uruguayan, penned a deal with the Brazilian outfit and could make his debut in the coming weeks.
For Suarez, he signed a two-year deal with the club after parting ways with his boyhood team Nacional just before the World Cup.
He was quickly joined by his old nemesis Fabio, who has a twin Rafael and whom both had a stint together at Manchester United.

Old foes set to reunite
As Suarez prepares to get down to business at his new club, he may have some issues to sort out beforehand.
Things were left tense between the former Liverpool man and Fabio, especially after the infamous incident involving Patrice Evra.
In 2012, at the height of allegations of racial abuse against the Frenchmen, Suarez’s Liverpool met with Manchester United and before kickoff, the Uruguay international famously refused to shake Evra’s hand.
What ensued was a huge controversy, with Fabio saying after that game that Suarez’s attitude only motivated the United players to defeat Liverpool.
The Red Devils secured a 2-1 victory on the day.
“I do not like to talk about this because to me, racism is something that should not exist. I believe in forgiving people for their sins and Patrice had done that with Suarez,” Fabio said at the time, as quoted by The Mirror.

FootballFabio said Evra had offered his hand at Old Trafford despite being insulted at Anfield, and said Suarez's actions had no justification.
"For me, not to accept the hand of a person for whatever reason is a serious offence."
Sir Alex Ferguson was also thoroughly critical of Suarez’s actions and at the time, said the striker should have been banned indefinitely.
Gremio will begin their campaign in the state championship against Caxias later this month, in a match in which both Fabio and Suarez are eligible to start.
