Arsenal star Bukayo Saka has lifted the lid on how his teammates reacted after Manchester City dropped points against Everton.
The Gunners have enjoyed a fine run of form this season, with the side losing just one Premier League match so far.
Mikel Arteta's men saw off Brighton in a fierce contest on Saturday, December 31, at the Amex Stadium.
Bukayo Saka, Martin Odegaard, Eddie Nketiah and Gabriel Martinelli were all on target, as the Gunners demolished the Seagulls 4-2.

According to Manchester Evening News, the win was enough to help Arsenal open a seven-point lead at the top of the standings.
Man City draws against Everton
Manchester City, who are the north Londoners' closest challengers for the title, had an opportunity to close the gap when they took on Everton earlier on Saturday, only for that chance to be fluffed.
The reigning champions were held to a frustrating 1-1 draw by the Toffees at the Etihad Stadium, with Demarai Gray's second-half goal cancelling out Erling Haaland's opener.
Saka has now revealed that the result at the Etihad Stadium gave Arsenal an extra push to secure a comfortable win against the Seagulls.
"We just try and focus on ourselves, but when we heard that result, it gave us extra motivation to try and press on and get a result today," the Englishman told BBC Sport.
