Black Stars centre-back Joseph Aidoo returned to action for Spanish side Celta Vigo, in their Copa Del Rey clash against Gernika.
The Ghana international scored for the La Liga side as they strolled to a 3-0 victory at Urbieta Udal Kiroldergia.
Aidoo, who was a member of Ghana's squad at the World Cup, netted his side's second after the break, as they progressed to the third round of the Spanish Cup competition.
Carles Perez opened the scoring on the half-hour mark, before the Ghana defender made it two ten minutes after the break.

Aidoo lasted the entire duration of the game, in his first appearance since returning from the World Cup in Qatar.
Despite making the squad, the former Genk player failed to make an appearance at the tournament, as Ghana exited at the group stage.
Defeats to Portugal and Uruguay meant the Black Stars did not make it beyond the first round, despite beating South Korea.
Joseph Aidoo signs contract extension
Earlier, Sports Brief reported that Ghana centre-back, Aidoo has been rewarded with a new contract at La Liga outfit Celta Vigo, following his impressive displays in Spain this season.
The 26-year-old has been in top form for the Sky Blues, convincing the club's top hierarchy to extend his deal to 2026.
Celta Vigo announced the extension of the defender's contract on their official website, with six months remaining on his original deal.
