Arsenal defender Cedric Soares has been left speechless after receiving a signed shirt of his idol Dani Alves.
The Portuguese defender was presented the jersey by teammate Gabriel Jesus, who was with Alves at the World Cup in Qatar. The ex-Barcelona right-back was playing his last tournament for the Selacaos.
Jesus made a quick return to England after picking an in jury during the World Cup in Qatar, as Brazil reached the quarter-finals.
A delighted Cedric took to social media to expressed gratitude to the man he calls his mentor after receiving the shirt.

"Thank you Dani Alves for this gift and for the dedication. You have always been my biggest reference and an athlete I admire. This sweater will always have a prominent place in my collection," he wrote on Twitter.
"Thank you so much Gabriel Jesus for this special gift! Dani Alves has always been a great example for me and this shirt is definitely one to keep," he added.
Cedric has struggled to game time in the English Premier League this season, with manager Mikel Arteta preferring Japanese right-back Takehiro Tomiyasu.
The former Southampton player is on the radar of Fulham ahead of the summer transfer window.
