Cote d'Ivoire's Franck Kessie will not be returning to play his football in Italy's Serie A.
The Barcelona midfielder made the move to Camp Nou after his contract with AC Milan expired.
Recently, MilanReports stated that Kessie was unhappy at the La Liga giants and was looking to return to Italy.
The publication further reported that Kessie had offered himself to AC Milan, but the Rossoneri were not open to the idea. Rivals Inter Milan were also said to be keen on a loan deal with an option to buy, providing that the Blaugrana pay part of his salary.

Barcelona's responds to the rumours
Barca Universal has now shot down those rumours, claiming that Kessie is still finding his feet at the Spanish side. The Ivorian has started just five of the club's 20 games thus far, but has also missed a few due to injury.
Kessie's agent, George Atangana has previously insisted the star is very happy at Barcelona, and is still adapting to the team and their style of play.
