Former President of the Nigerian Football Federation, Amaju Pinnick, has been slammed by fans after he was spotted watching the match between Brazil vs Switzerland at the ongoing World Cup.
The Super Eagles of Nigeria failed to qualify for the 2022 World Cup after losing the play-offs against Ghana. Many Nigerians are still battling with the pains of not playing in Qatar.
If there is one player Nigerians would have loved to see playing at the 2022 World Cup, that would be Napoli striker Victor Osimhen considering his performances so far this season.
Osimhen is currently spending time with his family since he and other teammates in the Super Eagles are not in Qatar.

Why is Pinnick in Qatar?
Apart from being a former President of the NFF, Pinnick is also a member of the FIFA Executive Council and he is in Qatar as an official of the world football governing body.
Some Nigerians who spotted him at the stands during Brazil vs Switzerland were not happy and made some negative comments against the former Delta State FA boss.

Earlier, Sports Brief had reported how a Neymar Jr look-alike caused a stir at Stadium 974 during Brazil's Group G World Cup clash against Switzerland.
Neymar was not part of the team that played the Monday, November 28, fixture, with the Paris Saint-Germain man currently sidelined with an ankle injury.
According to the Daily Mail, the 'fake' Neymar was caught on camera in the stands during halftime of the World Cup cracker.
Hawk-eyed fans inside the stadium were quick to spot the doppelganger, who appeared to be escorted by security staff in yellow bibs and lanyards.
Convinced that they had gotten up close and personal with the Paris Saint-Germain ace, fans clamoured to find their phones to take a selfie with the middle-aged man.
