As more bombshells regarding the Cristiano Ronaldo-Manchester United saga continue to be dropped, TV personality Piers Morgan’s son has given the strongest hint that the five-time Ballon d’Or winner’s time at Old Trafford has come to an end.
Ronaldo has dominated headlines for the past 72 hours, as excerpts from his explosive interview with Morgan continue to be released.
In the clips doing rounds online, Ronaldo criticised his employers, his manager Erik ten Hag, and his former teammates.
So far this season, Ronaldo has scored just three goals, with his last goal coming in the 3-0 win against Sheriff Tiraspol in the Europa League on October 27.

As reported by The Mirror, the boots Ronaldo wore in the game against Sheriff were gifted to Morgan’s son Spence, who posted on his Instagram with a telling message.
Spence, who is clearly a huge Ronaldo fan like his father, captioned the photo:
"Christmas came early this year. Thank you Cristiano for the boots you banged your final Man Utd goals in. Now let's find you a new club."
Spencer’s post will surely further fuel speculation on Ronaldo’s future at Manchester United, as it was a strong indication the superstar wanted out.
Ronaldo has had his fair share of controversies this season prior to the Piers Morgan interview, and his woes seemingly started after he made his intentions to leave the club clear in the summer.

Sports Brief also reported on Bruno Fernandes’ alleged conflict with Cristiano Ronaldo. The pair are teammates at Portugal and Man United.
Fernandes took to social media with a sarcastic comment slamming newspapers, in the wake of a viral video of him and Ronaldo engaged in an awkward handshake.
Joao Mario had earlier come out to media to quell any tension, claiming Ronaldo and Bruno were joking with each other at the time.
