Newcastle United star Miguel Almiron has fired back at Jack Grealish after winning two Premier League awards for the month.
Jack Grealish infamously mocked the Paraguayan when Manchester City were celebrating their Premier League title triumph last season.
Almiron has experienced a meteoric rise at Newcastle this season after a couple of subpar years at the club following a big-money move in 2019. Under Eddie Howe, the forward has been reborn and is one of the most in-form players.
Almiron has scored eight goals in 14 appearances this season, including seven in his last seven, according to Football365.

Almiron responds to Grealish
The 28-year-old has won the Premier League player of the month and goal of the month awards for October.
After receiving the awards, he said he has no ill feelings towards the England international and prefers to work in silence.
"I actually did not pay too much attention to the comments at first I will be honest because I prefer to just get on with my job and do my work in silence. I just get on with my work and the only thing that matters to me is to improve myself," according to the Mirror.
During Manchester City’s wild title celebrations in May, an inebriated Grealish said one of his teammates “played like Almiron” after a poor display in his team's title-clinching win against Aston Villa.
