Atiku Abubakar, who is the presidential candidate for the People's Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2023 elections, has congratulated Arsenal for their win over Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
Arsenal returned to the top of the Premier League table after their 1-0 win over Chelsea on Sunday, November 6, with Gabriel Magalhaes netting the winner for the Gunners.
Mikel Arteta'a wards were impressive in the Premier League tie and chould have even scored two goals in the first half of the tie.
Chelsea on the other hand had a bad day in front of their fans, and there is now serious pressure on manager Graham Potter to deliver.

Potter was hired as replacement for Thomas Tuchel, but since the 47-year-old Englishman came on board, things have been the same at Stamford Bridge.
When did Arsenal score?
The first half ended 0-0 and it was in the 63rd minute that Gabriel scored the goal, that eventually gave the Gunners the three points.
Atiku took to his official Twitter page to congratulate Arsenal stressing that he is ready to 'recover Nigeria for Nigerians'.
“Great win, Arsenal, even after a goalless first half. As Arsenal did in this game for we, the fans, we will also Recover Nigeria for Nigerians.”
