- Ronaldo is highly likely to leave Manchester United in January following a series of fallouts between him and Erik ten Hag
Austrian champions RB Salzburg have sent out a low dig to Cristiano Ronaldo as the celebrated footballer undergoes a rough patch at Manchester United.
Ronaldo was recently dropped from the first-team training by Head Coach Erik ten Hag. He was also suspended for United's game against Chelsea after he refused to come on against Tottenham Hotspur earlier.
This has added fuel to reports that he might leave the club as early as January. Reports had indicated that he wanted a move out in the summer, but United declined to release him.
He has been linked with a couple of clubs, with Napoli and Chelsea leading the fray. A possible return to his boyhood club Sporting Lisbon has also been mooted.

Salzburg respond to Ronaldo rumours
A football fan on Twitter proposed to RB Salzburg to also move in for the Portuguese international. The social media admin brutally replied:
"He would be our 8th choice forward!"
It is brutal to consider that Ronaldo cannot walk straight into Matthias Jaissle's squad. The German head coach has made the club competitive in recent times.
Salzburg has the likes of Junior Adamu, who has scored six goals in the Austrian league this season in their ranks. Benjamin Sesko, a reported target of Manchester United, is also a striker at the club.
Reports had indicated that Ronaldo had been rejected by a lot of clubs before. Well, Salzburg just entered that list.

FootballSalzburg's admin has also trolled a Manchester United fan
This is not the first time Salzburg has trolled Manchester United. Sports Brief has previously reported that RB Salzburg's Twitter admin fired shots at a Manchester United fan who attempted to downplay the club's hard-earned point against Chelsea.
The Austrian champions held Chelsea to a one-all draw away at Stamford Bridge on September 14th to pick up their second successive point of the campaign.
It was Graham Potter's first game in charge of Chelsea after replacing Thomas Tuchel less than a week ago.
