The two Americans are said to be close friends and as the Mirror reports, Jay-Z has reportedly advised Boehly that Lukaku leaving Chelsea permanently will suit all parties.

Chelsea transfer failed to work
Lukaku's high-profile transfer to Chelsea backfired after he struggled to perform as expected. He joined Chelsea right after leading Inter Milan to their first Scudetto in over 10 years.
Despite starting brilliantly under Thomas Tuchel, the Belgian waned off and was shut out by the manager. He then conducted an unauthorised and controversial interview which further complicated issues for him.
The new deal will now see the loan deal extended by another year, before Inter makes the deal permanent in 2024. Lukaku had signed a five-year deal at Chelsea.
