Manchester United fans have hit out at Cristiano Ronaldo for 'disrespect' during the side's Premier League clash against Tottenham Hotspur.
Ronaldo played no role during the encounter staged at Old Trafford, as he was left on the bench by Erik ten Hag.
The 37-year-old has managed just two Premier League starts so far this season, with the last coming during United's meeting with Newcastle last Sunday.

On Wednesday night, ten Hag named him on the bench but never handed him any minutes, as Scott McTominay, Christian Eriksen and Anthony Elanga came on at his expense.
The Dutchman's decision to overlook Ronaldo seemed not to have gone down well, with the veteran forward storming off the pitch before the full-time whistle.
The move did not go down well with a section of Man United fans however, who slammed their star man for being disrespectful.
One said:
"Ronaldo is a disgrace. 37 years of age and storming off like a petulant child."
A second added:
"Ronaldo’s attitude when things are not going his way is terrible."

"Terminate Ronaldo’s contract. Walking down the tunnel before the game is over. Embarrassing."
A fourth noted:
"He clearly thinks he’s bigger than the football club."
Sports Brief had earlier reported that Cristiano Ronaldo cut a dejected figure after he was subbed off in the second half of Man United's Premier League clash with Newcastle at Old Trafford.
The veteran striker was handed a rare Premier League start during the encounter as Erik ten Hag named him in the starting XI.
However, the Portuguese, who recently became the first player in history to score 700 club goals, made little impact during the encounter on October 16.
