Paul Pogba's agent Rafaela Pimenta has lashed out at Manchester United for failing the midfielder. Pogba had two controversial stints with the club before leaving at the end of last season on a free transfer.
He rejoined Juventus, the club he left to join Manchester United in 2016, for a then-world record fee. His agent and lawyer has now opined that the reunion in 2016 was not a good idea.
Pimenta argued that Pogba rejoined Manchester United at a time when they were in a transition phase. The club had lost legendary manager Sir Alex Ferguson three years earlier after his decision to retire.
Pogba was caught in the middle of the restructuring process at United under different managers.

While he did star in Jose Mourinho's side that won the 2017 Europa League, Pimenta said that Pogba always played when he was fit, but got criticised when he was out of the squad.
She told the Telegraph that Pogba's misfortunes in Manchester might have been his own doing as well. Whichever factors are to blame, no side was interested in renewing his contract once it had lapsed.
The French midfielder was allowed to head back to Italy, where he is yet to play a competitive game after picking up a knee injury.
