The 25-year-old picked up the injury in Barcelona’s surprise 1-0 loss to Inter Milan in the Champions League and was expected to be sidelined for up to two weeks.
According to Football Espana, Kessie has returned to the Barcelona squad, one week prior to his scheduled date, and is now in line to feature for the Catalans against Real Madrid.
