Ancelotti has been praised by key actors of the game as well as football fans for his father-like and flexible approach to coaching.

The multiple Champions League winner made the headlines with his celebrations as Madrid clinched the La Liga and Europe's premier club competition.

He was pictured posing with a cigar during Madrid's trophy parade while also joining forces with his players to dance after their success in the Champions League.

The 63-year-old Italian manager's carefree approach to life has been highly praised but Alexander Pato has revealed, Ancelotti is fond of releasing tension from his camp with a rare yet effective approach to his man management.

"Ancelotti became like a father to me. He even named his dog Pato. You saw that picture of him on the bus parade in Madrid, with the sunglasses and the cigar? Pato disclosed via The Players' Tribune.

Pato, who had a father-and-son relationship with Ancelotti during their time at AC Milan, disclosed how the Real Madrid boss used to fly to training in a helicopter.

"Well, at Milan he’d turn up to training in a helicopter. He lived in Parma and his wife knew how to fly one. He’d step out like James Bond. If anyone lived with style, it was Carlo.

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that Real Madrid’s head coach Carlo Ancelotti has built a name for himself over the years as an astute manager. From winning four Champions League titles four times to winning the main division cup in each of Europe’s best leagues, Ancelotti is unrivalled.

But it is now emerging that when it comes to having fun, ‘Don Carlo’ is also a boss. Images of the 62-year-old posing with a cigar after Real Madrid won the La Liga broke the internet.

His former striker at AC Milan, Alexandre Pato, has also explained how Ancelotti arrived for Milan’s training sessions in a helicopter.
