Etebo was not registered by Stoke City for the 2022/23 season, which prompted his decision to leave the club.
He has made 44 appearances for the Super Eagles with three goals to his name.
The Super Eagles midfielder had been on the radar of two Spanish La Liga clubs, Getafe and Real Valladolid.
