Chelsea have agreed to sell attacker Eden Hazard to Real Madrid for a fee in the region of £78m (€100m).
According to AS, Madrid beat Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain in the race to sign the Belgian, who is seeking a new adventure after a poor season so far.
Hazard has scored just twice in all competitions this season with groin and hip injuries taking their toll on the winger.
According to other reports emerging from Spain, the 25-year-old could be used in a part-swap deal involving Real's James Rodriguez who is reportedly on the trasnfer list at the capital club.

Hazard admitted last month that he would be tempted by the chance to work with current Real head coach Zinedine Zidane, saying: "Of course, Zinedine Zidane gets you interested. He was my idol when he was a player... and he's been saying good things about me for a long time. In any case, I want to work with the best managers in the world."
Real Madrid have reportedly alerted Premier League clubs to the availability of Isco an Rodriguez with the pair set to command £34m and £60m respectively.
President Florentino Perez has reportedly been unhappy with the players' form over the course of the season.
