Javier Hernandez, better known as Chicharito, earned himself fierce criticism on social media for producing one of the most blatant dives in football.
Hernandez, who plays for LA Galaxy in Major League soccer, was in action for his team as they came up against Toronto FC.
It was an action-packed game that was full of goals, which was all started by ex-Bayern Munich and Juventus star Douglas Costa, who opened the scoring for LA Galaxy.

Jesus Jimenez then found the equaliser in the 62nd minute, before another Juventus star, Federico Bernardeschi put his side in the lead.
But there was more drama to come as 23-year-old Riqui Puig, a surprise signing from Barcelona, then struck a stunning curled strike to ensure the two teams shared the spoils.
But perhaps one of the more memorable moments of the game came when Hernandez, who was handed the captain’s armband, decided to try to get one over his opponents through an obvious dive.
His play-acting occurred when he clashed with USA international Michael Bradley, and other FC Toronto teammates Richie Laryea and Chris Mavinga lightly put their hands on the Mexican, who certainly made the most of the situation.
On social media, fans took to poke fun at the striker for ‘being a better actor than a football player’ at 34.
