Arsenal defender close to sealing summer move to the Serie A

Manchester United defender Eric Bailly is set to seal a loan move to Olympique Marseille this summer.
The Ivorian is desperate for regular playing time after failing to break into Man United's first team.
Bailly started just three Premier League matches last season, with both Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Ralf Rangnick favouring Harry Maguire, Raphael Varane and Victor Lindelof in central defence.
The arrival of Erik ten Hag has not swayed things in his favour either, with the arrival of Lisandro Martinez further complicating his place in the team.

And after days of speculation, Bailly's move to Marseille is now imminent, with respected Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano claiming it is a done deal.
According to Romano, Marseille will be obligated to make the Ivorian's deal permanent should they qualify for the Champions League.
"Eric Bailly deal, completed and here we go confirmed. Been told Bailly will be @ Carrington later today to say goodbye to his teammates - then he will fly to Marseille within 24h in order to join OM," Romano tweeted.
"Loan with mandatory buy clause if OM will qualify to next UCL," he added.

FootballEarlier, Sports Brief reported that Bruno Fernandes has suggested that Cristiano Ronaldo is still keen on leaving Manchester United this summer.
Ronaldo has widely been linked with an exit despite still having a year left on his current deal with the Red Devils.
It is believed that the 37-year-old has already made it clear to United about his desire to quit the Theatre of Dreams. Ronaldo's agent, Jorge Mendes, has been hunting for a new home for the five-time Ballon d'Or winner, but there have been no interested suitors.
