  • 'Suspended' Royal AM CEO Sinky Mnisi is a one-man tornado making the headlines
  • This time, he has caught the attention of an annoyed Kaizer Chiefs football manager Bobby Motaung
  • This was fresh off antagonising his boss at Thwihli Thwahla Shauwn Mkhize, who he inferred was not loyal to him

'Suspended' Royal AM CEO Sinky Mnisi is ruffling feathers like a fox in a henhouse.

This time, the colourful Mnisi has irritated Kaizer Chiefs football manager Bobby Motaung. This was over the controversial matter of Dillon Solomons, who Mnisi said the Amakhosi acquired under shady circumstances while Thwihli Thwahla was making a move for him.

According to The Citizen, Mnisi said:

"... Swallows FC ran into financial problems and asked to sell three players, namely Solomons, Ndlovu (Khethukuthula), and Gamildien (Ruzaigh) for R1.5 million. That deal meant Royal AM took over the contracts of the three players. Chiefs must pay Royal AM for the Solomons.”

However, Isolezwe reported an annoyed Motaung saying:

“Mnisi must leave us alone. We do not owe Royal AM anything. We have never spoken to them (Royal AM) about buying or selling any players. As he says that they spoke to Swallows about Solomons, he must go back to them (Swallows).
"We don’t care about him, we are not in a fight with him, he is fighting himself.”

As if this was not all enough, Royal AM will host Kaizer Chiefs in what promises to be a tasty opening 2022/23 DStv Premiership match on Saturday night. The hosts demolished their visitors home and away and a league double last season, with their DStv Diski Challenge counterparts doing the same thing.

Colourful administrator Sinky Mnisi claims he is still Royal AM CEO despite suspension

Despite reports that he has been suspended from his duties, Sinky Mnisi insists that he is still Royal AM's CEO.

As reported by Sports Brief, Mnisi was speaking to the media at a press conference that he organised at the OR Tambo International Airport.

Last week, owner Shauwn "Mamkhize" Mkhize caused more confusion regarding the situation instead of providing the much-needed clarity.
