Mbulelo Oldjohn Mabizela claims that he does not watch Premier Soccer League anymore

Earlier, Sports Brief had reported how former Orlando Pirates, Tottenham Hotspur and Bafana Bafana defender Mbulelo Mabizela says he does not bother to watch Premier Soccer League anymore.

He became the latest in an unsettling line of South African giants who are no longer prepared to keep quiet about the falling standards of the local game.

He then criticised his former team Orlando Pirates, where he made his name in a sensational two-year stay between 2001 and 2003. He stated that the club was not hiring coaches properly, and suggested that players are either overwhelmed by the pressure of playing for the Soweto giants or were disrespectful of the badge.

This came just days after another club legend Steve Lekoelea sent a warning to the players who had joined the Buccaneers during the transfer window.
