Chelsea are reportedly closing in on a sensational £55million summer deal for Sevilla star Jules Kounde.
Kounde has been a long-term transfer target for the Blues, with Thomas Tuchel missing out on the defender last summer.
However, the west Londoners are now on the verge of landing the versatile Sevilla ace, with The Sun reporting that a deal has been agreed over his transfer.
According to the publication, Kounde is on his way from the Spanish side and is due to undergo a medical within the next 48 hours.

It is understood that the France international has already spoken with Tuchel ahead of his switch and hopes to link up with Chelsea for their pre-season tour of the US.
The 23-year-old is further said to have settled personal terms with Chelsea, who have agreed to pay Sevilla's asking price of £51million to complete the move.
