South Africa’s Lars Veldwijk bagged himself a goal against Tottenham Hotspur.
The former Bafana Bafana star represented Team K League in a friendly game against England’s Spurs outfit.
Spurs went into the game against the K League’s All-Stars all guns blazing as they gave some of their big stars a chance to shine in South Korea.
Harry Kane and Heung-Min Son both grabbed a brace as Spurs ran out 6-3 winners, Sky Sports reported.

While a 64 000 strong crowd came out to see one of their own, Son in action, Veldwijk got his moment to shine when he scored just after halftime.
Veldwijk finished smartly from the edge of the box to bring his side level at that stage but Kane gave Spurs the lead just minutes later.
Veldwijk also got to share a snap with hometown hero, Son, to cap off a memorable day for him.
Veldwijk scored 15 goals in the K League last season and was the highest-scoring South African in the world last year. Despite his red hot form, the striker has not been selected by Hugo Broos for Bafana Bafana since 2019, though.
