The 29-year-old attacker called it quits with Orlando Pirates last season, clearly in need of change, and finding it in Durban.

Mhango spoke for the first time about his move to Usuthu in an interview that was posted on the club's various social media platforms.

The Malawian said:

"It is amazing to be here, and it is something I have been waiting for, joining the group. I'm proud to be a part of Amazulu and I can't wait to catch up with the team.
"To the fans: thank you for welcoming me. I'm looking forward to see you guys at the stadium supporting the team. We will give you what you are looking forward to. Just come in numbers to the stadium."

The interview was met with a positive reaction.

Champions of the 2022 CAF Confederations Cup RS Berkane has become embroiled in a bribery scandal.
